Harry Tregilgas
Director and Registered Music Therapist (RMT)

Harry founded Access Music Therapy in 2023, driven by a passion for supporting people of all abilities through meaningful musical experiences. He believes strongly in the power of music therapy to build confidence, foster connection, and support people to reach their health and wellbeing goals.
Harry has broad experience working with people across the lifespan with developmental, neurological, mental health, and medical conditions. His professional experience includes supporting individuals in disability, neurological rehabilitation, and oncology settings.
Harry’s therapeutic approach is evidence-based, strengths-based, person-centred, and trauma-informed. He believes in meeting people where they are emotionally and musically, and uses play and creativity to support meaningful engagement.
He focuses on celebrating the “little wins”, recognising that these small moments often lead to meaningful change over time. Harry is passionate about making music accessible and enjoyable, helping people jump in and experience the immediate benefits of making music.
He enjoys using creative improvisation, instruments, songwriting, music production, and technology to support people in engaging and dynamic ways.

Luke Bellamy
Registered Music Therapist (RMT)
Luke is a Registered Music Therapist who works with individuals across the lifespan in educational, community, and individual therapeutic settings. His practice supports children, adolescents, and adults with diverse developmental profiles and support needs, including autism, intellectual disability, complex communication needs, acquired brain injury, mental health, trauma-informed care contexts, and high-support physical disabilities.
Luke’s approach is music-centred, evidence-informed, and strengths-based, recognising that every person has an innate capacity to respond to and engage with music. Drawing from improvisational and creative music therapy practices, he utilises various methods of music therapy experiences to meet individuals where they are and support meaningful, person-centred growth.

Elissa Helmer
Operations Manager
Elissa joined in the team in 2024 with a broad range of skills and experience in administration, tele-communication sales, lead generation, and data management.
You’ll communicate with Elissa for any enquiries and be sure to hear her friendly voice through the phone at some stage!
Outside of work, Elissa enjoys getting out and about, going for walks with Her Son and dog, and swimming at the beach.
