Music Therapy

Music Therapy is a research backed evidence based profession. We will get to know you and understand how we can meet your needs and support your health, function and well-being, and Capacity building goals using music.

We offer individual and group sessions at our Albion Park Rail Studio, or can organise remote sessions at your convenience.

We will collaborate with you, your parent’s/carer’s, and treatment support team network. We will work with your strengths, to create a person centred music therapy program accessible to you.

Each session looks different and is always catered to your needs, however a typical session might look like learning an instrument to play for self-support and learning new skills, playing the drum and following along to sequences and patterns, movement to dance, and songwriting for self-expression!
