About Us

Access Music Therapy ‘AccessMT’ has been providing music therapy services in the NSW, Illawarra Region since 2023. We work with all people of any abilities, Children through to Adults. We use tried and tested research and evidence backed music to meet you where you are at in your life journey, and support your needs! 

 

Access Music Therapy was founded by Harry Tregilgas, RMT, with a passion for person centered and strength based practice. We will get to know you, and look at your abilities, to see how we can best support you to build your capacity to work towards your personal daily living goals. 

 

We are passionate about making music accessible, de-mystifying, and being creative to meet you and your needs. We use a variety of instruments, technology and tools, and resources to support you.  

 

Our overall vision and main goal is to support you and people of all ages with a disability, to enhance your use of music in your everyday life, and support your needs, and health and well-being goals.
